The Documentation Centre of Austrian Resistance (D\u00d6W) and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.austrianresistance.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">American Friends of D\u00d6W<\/a>&nbsp;are organizing a panel on the Austrian victimhood narrative, responsibility for Nazi crimes, and other aspects of the culture of remembrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winfried R. Garscha will speak about the writings of former SA leader Alfred Persche in post-war Austria.
